Blog Introduction

Those of you who have been following my blog(s) may have noticed that I went back to my original title and there is a reason for that. In a way, I feel as if I have come full circle in my “blogging career”…my first REAL blog was called “Musings of a Mountain Mama”(2006). There was one that I had for a short time before that called “Getting Back To Basics” (2005), a homesteading survivalist frugality blog that was obscure and short-lived. But because I have more to talk about than just that kind of stuff I changed it to “Musings of a Mountain Mama” in order to more fully utilize my first amendment right to say whatever I please thanyouverymuch 🙂 And that’s just what I did, for better or for worse…and I got a lot of positive feedback but I also pissed a lot people off and you should prepare yourselves for more of that! (don’t say that I didn’t warn you…hahahahaha! ;-))

After “Musings of a Mountain Mama” came “Sojourner in a Strange Land” (2007-2008) where I went on a spiritual journey in the context of Jeremiah 16:19 “O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.” And I took a trip down the rabbit hole to uncover the TRUTH…I went through many many changes during that time. I learned the TRUTH about the world, often covered up or just glazed over by most churches, that the whole entire world of man in which we live (as opposed to the natural God-Made Earth) is completely and utterly SATANIC. Period. There is no other way to see it, and believe you me I have tried many a time to see it differently! Up at night asking “Father, is it really as bad as I am seeing?” And He would reply “No, it’s much much worse than I have shown you so far.” EEEEEEEEk!

For example, and this is just ONE Truth, but did you know that most mainstream churches here in America are owned and operated by Satan?? And I can prove it very simply….

You see, the majority of churches here in America apply for a tax-exemption by INCORPORATING, called a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status…that is, by becoming a CORPORATION. You heard that right, not exactly the same kind of a corporation as McDonald’s or Wal-Mart for instance but a corporation nonetheless….an organized, established BUSINESSS controlled by the government of man (and by default, Satan) and not by Jesus via The Holy Spirit. Now, if you be the sort of person who is all about “god and country” and view them as one and the same then this may not matter much to you at all, and if that be the case then just click that little X in the upper right hand corner of your browser window and go back to sleep…shoo shoo away with you now! But for those who may care, let me continue…

“Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.” ~Matthew 4:8-10

If you be pure in heart, then this is the only verse you will need to see my point. My point being that Satan was NOT bluffing! He REALLY DOES own all The Kingdoms of the World and he had the power to hand them over to Jesus right then and there! And for those who want to insist that he does not own all The Kingdoms of the World, let me just ask you this…would this have been a legitimate temptation if Satan did not actually own all The Kingdoms of the World and actually have the power to give them to Jesus? So, either Satan REALLY DOES own all The Kingdoms Of the World OR Jesus wasn’t actually tempted and the Bible is lying…which one is it?

Furthermore, in Luke chapter 4 verses 5-7, speaking of the same event, it says:

“And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.”

So, since the Bible says that Satan owns ALL The Kingdoms Of the World then please tell me WHY OH WHY the church is compromising itself by allying itself with the Kingdom of Satan? I can tell you why, and it’s got NOTHING to do with Jesus and everything to do with money! Of such people Jesus said:

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” ~Matthew 7:21-23

Workers Of Iniquity… in that they sell out their Lord in exchange for material blessings, comfort and security. Do you honestly think that the government of this country, owned and operated by Satan and his minions, would let the TRUE Gospel be preached?? NO!! (DUH) In exchange for this 501(c)(3) tax exempt status the church is not allowed to preach on certain matters of politics or public policy, effectively neutering the churches. Haven’t you ever wondered why the mainstream church here in America doesn’t suffer widespread persecution?? That’s because it’s one and the same with Kingdoms Of Satan! Professing themselves Wise Financial Stewards, 501(c)(3) Christian religious organizations have changed the TRUTH of God into a lie and worshipped and served created things like the IRS and tax deductable gifts and perks more than their Creator.

“Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.” ~James 1:27

“Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” ~James 4:4

And so there you have it, it’s very simple. Any church that has applied for and recieved a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status has gone the way of Judas and sold out Jesus for 30 pieces of silver…if you attend one of these churches I suggest you get out now while there is still time because TREASON is NOT something Our Lord takes lightly! If you belong to a church that DOES NOT have a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status then consider yourself lucky and be grateful because they are hard to find… I am still looking for one myself.

Ok now, back to talking about my blogs…after “Sojourner In A Strange Land” came “Cultivating The Commonplace” (2009-2010) and that was mostly just about my new camera and all the really awesome beautiful pictures that I would take and post, appreciating and enjoying the simple lovely things of life…giving thanks to Father for it all. And you’ll see some of that here, at times my heart and my spirit swells full to bursting out of love and gratefulness to Father for all His Perfection and Glory…and by His hand all bad that is thrown at His Children He uses for their perfecting…strengthening them for the days ahead, turning lambs into lions! And it’s a mystery how He does that, but I am ever so grateful for each and every trial I have gone through because in the end, if I stick with HIM, He ALWAYS uses it for my betterment…amen.

And so this blog will be a compilation of all the blogs that have gone before it…my thoughts about health and nutrition, gardening and livestock care, cooking, pregnancy and homebirth, breastfeeding, child care, homeschooling, frugality, True Christianity, the Bible and other spirtual/religious/philosphical speculation especially in relation to current events and politics…I think that’s about it, of course I reserve the right to change this at anytime and for any reason, after all it is MY blog 🙂

  1. Stephanie, BRAVO! I couldn’t agree more with everything you said. I’ve been a reader of your blog since the the beginning. I’ve always liked your style. So glad you are blogging again. 😀

    • Stephanie, I found you! I used to read your Musings/Sojourner blogs, and felt a kindred spirit with you as we are sisters in Christ with very similar lives and opinions. God has put you on my heart as of late and I was missing reading your blog so I typed in your old name and here you are, I feel sooo happy! I thank Yahweh for the encouragement that I and others receive through you.

  2. Amazing! I am in love with your blog! I am a stay at home mom (after being laid off from my 7 year job) and we have 4 kids and currently live in the suburbs in Iowa. HOWEVER we have made the big leap to live as we have always hoped too- off farm land- and have just purchased a 16 acre farm. We move to in just 3 weeks. I have limited history on the natural life living, and he has even less, but we decided to not let that stop us. We know this kind of living is right for us and your blog proves it even more. Each post I say- wow! That is what we want to do- or hey, I had that same thought- or- excellent idea I had no clue! It is good to know there are like minded people still out there; and thank you for sharing it with everyone! I cant wait to try out similar things on our farm. Peace and love to you and your family! Luci

  3. Just ran into your blog. Couldn’t agree more with your reading about the churches. And yes the real ones teaching truth are hard to find. So they really exist? I wonder. Need to browse your site now. Nice to find you. Refreshing.
